This was a no frills place, but very clean. The staff was very courteous and helpful. Great water pressure in the showers! Always a plus after a fun day on the water. Conveniently located within walking distance to the downtown Valdez attractions. I found the members very helpful. We were 10 people and stayed 2 nights in that hotel. At first we were skeptical seeing their not so good review. But we had to book the hotel as we couldn't find anything else. Surprisingly we find the environment very friendly and the staffs were good. They provided us with extra pillows and blankets at 4am in the morning. The rooms were cozy too. Good hotel. Clean rooms and good breakfast Clean moderately priced hotel with friendly staff and breakfast included. This is an older hotel but our stay there was okay. It was nothing to rave about but the room was clean and the staff was friendly. Hotels in Alaska are expensive and this place was what you should expect for its price range.
