Family owned business. The girls working the counter were very nice, knowledgeable, and helpful. Fishing License, Derby Tickets and Seafood is also sold here. Schedule flights that will allow for extra baggage if you plan to bring fish home, even if you have to pay the extra baggage fees. Overnight shipping of large boxes of frozen fish is extremely expensive. Warning! Go somewhere else. They said that my fish still had bones that would puncture the packaging. They said that I had to pay extra for more cutting or some BS. I paid extra but now that I'm home and eating the salmon, they did NOTHING extra to my fillets. I knew that my filleting skills were mediocre. I knew that I had left some bones. They were supposed to remove them with the extra charge; well they DIDN'T!!!!! Their packaging leaks even with fillets that didn't have bones. They are unfriendly and push you into buying things that you don't need. Then they take forever to get your fish back to you. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND these ripoffs to anyone. Excellent staff and service! They are always helpful and friendly (and very good!) I highly recommend Easy Freeze! Fish arrived within 24 hours of shipping but was thawed and flat in taste. Bought 7 pounds of salmon and cost me over $200 with shipping. Tasted no better than the salmon I buy in the local grocery for $7 per pound. Nothing like the Copper River Salmon I had in Alaska. Called to discuss and the owner was defensive. Buyer beware. Have had our fish processed at Easy Freeze for years and they do a great job! Very friendly staff. Highly recommend Easy Freeze for all your fish processing!!!
