Free coffee with fill up! Competitive fuel prices. I have been visiting Valdez annually for many years, and always used this gas station with no problems. Last year, in a bit of a frenzy, I accidentally left my son's wood axe and my husband's pack saw at the pump (getting everything out of our 1971 VW to add oil). I realized about a week later and called up the folks at the gas station - and they had my things and were happy to send it to me - yeah. Only problem was, they never did, and all my attempts to contact them to hear what happened, I never once got to talk to the nice lady again. She was always "out". My 9-year old was extremely disappointed, after intently checking the mailbox for weeks to get his axe back so he could help dad. They have good variety of souvenirs here.
